14. If you selected YES in step 13, move the cursor to the Replace same sample in

memory ﬁeld, and specify what will be done if internal memory already

contains identically-named data.

YES ........................The data will be loaded, overwriting the data in memory.

NO..........................Identically-named data will not be loaded.

15. To load the data, press the [F5] key (DO IT).

When the data has been loaded, the popup window will close.

■ Finding a ﬁle

Here’s how you can search for a speciﬁc ﬁle saved on a storage device, and load it.

1. Access the Load page, and move the cursor to the Disk ﬁeld.

2. Turn the [JOG] dial to open the Disk list popup window.

3. Move the cursor to the storage device from which you want to load data, and

press the [F6] key (SELECT).

This selects the storage device that will be searched.

4. Press the [F5] key.

The Find File popup window will appear.

A Find ﬁeld

Speciﬁes the character string you want to ﬁnd.

B File type ﬁeld

Selects one of the following to specify the type of ﬁle you want to ﬁnd.

ALL FILES ............All ﬁles

MULTI ...................Multi ﬁles

PROGRAM ............Program ﬁles

SAMPLE................Sample ﬁles

C [F1] key (CLOSE)

Cancels the operation and closes the popup window.

D [F6] key (FIND)

Executes the search.

5. Move the cursor to the Find ﬁeld, and turn the [JOG] dial to open the Rename

popup window.

6. Input the character string that you want to find, and press the [F6] key (ENTER).

The character string will be ﬁnalized, and the Rename popup window will close.

Hint: By pressing the [F3] key (CLEAR) instead of the [F5] key, you can clear the internal memory

before loading the data.
